    The D2-Rack spearheads DiGiCo’s digital connectivity with an expandable channel count and high sample rates, providing more than enough firepower to meet the needs of the most ambitious projects.

    The compact 9U rack sports 48 inputs and 16 outputs as standard; these can be increased to 32 outputs by populating the two spare eight channel output slots with one or more of three available module options: Line out, AES or Aviom.

    For further flexibility, the D2-Rack’s inputs can be specified as either 48 mic in or 24 mic/24 AES/EBU in.

    Dual MADI ports, available on either BNC or DiGiCo Cat5e connections, either allow rack sharing at 48kHz between any two SD Series consoles or provide digital splits for recording.     DiGiCo I/O enters the next generation

    With support for up to 192kHz high resolution analogue I/O converters plus a comprehensive range of digital formats, it’s no wonder that the SD-Rack is accepted as the finest I/O rack available. From MADI to AES/EBU, Dante, AES-42, ADAT, or Aviom, the SD-Rack has it all.

    Based on the same Stealth FPGA technology as the world-renowned SD-Range of consoles, the SD-Rack can run on the optical loop at 96KHz, while providing a down-sampled 48KHz feed from one of the MADI output streams; ideal for a broadcast truck split. The result is industry-leading A/D conversion complete with DiGiCo’s famous Gain Tracking™, meaning all consoles benefit from +/-40dB of digital gain.

    Once a user has set the gain on each channel, every console on the loop can Gain Track their own mixes, and if any tweaking of analogue gain settings is required then each Gain Tracked channel will automatically compensate to ensure the mix remains the same. Best of all, should clipping occur, any of the consoles on the loop can take control of an analogue gain and make the necessary adjustments without affecting anyone else’s mix.

    The SD-Rack’s 14 slots give you up to 56 inputs and 56 outputs, and users can choose whether to include the Optocore optical fibre connectivity or connect the SD-Rack to the console using MADI. When running at 48kHz, the two MADI ins and outs provide 56 fully redundant input and output channels via duplicate connections. When running at 96kHz, the SD-Rack delivers a full complement of 56 channels of MADI across the dual MADI ports.

    Lastly, for ease of use the SD-Rack offers hot swappable interface cards with are automatically identified and configured, plus a top-mounted, hot swappable power supply.

    With wide coverage close-up, the Coaxial Differential Dispersion technology employed in the CDD-LIVE 8 delivers more consistent audience coverage than systems with fixed X° x Y° coverage patterns, and its innovative CDD driver achieves ‘point source’ summation of the LF and HF sections — eliminating off-axis variations in frequency response associated with non-coaxial designs.

    A self-powered system, the CDD-LIVE 8 incorporates a two-channel Class D amplifier, DSP and Dante™ digital audio networking — simplifying set-up, enhancing control and eliminating amplifier racks. The onboard amplifier delivers 1000W LF + 300W HF peak output to the drivers, and its switched-mode power supply auto-ranges to global mains voltages from 100 to 240V 50/60Hz.

    DSP functions — including parametric EQ, delay, muting, gain and preset selection — can be controlled over Ethernet from a PC or Windows® tablet via intuitive VU-NET™ proprietary software.

    For simple set-ups, ‘plug-and-play’ presets — as well as a user-defined preset — can be selected on the rear panel, instead of using computer control. As an alternative to its analogue inputs, the CDD- LIVE 8 is Dante enabled for digital audio distribution and control over a single CAT5 cable to maintain audio quality however long the cable run.

    The CDD-LIVE 8 is incredibly versatile. Its multi-angle enclosure can be used in either horizontal or vertical orientation, with rotation of the driver easily accomplished by removing the screw-free, protective grille. The tour-grade enclosure is constructed from multi-laminate plywood and finished in a hard-wearing polyurea coating. Integral fittings include a top-hat for pole mounting and multiple M8 inserts for attachment to a wall-bracket, yoke or universal bracket with a wide range of up and down tilt angles.

    WPM is incredibly versatile. Its very small footprint and light weight make it the system of choice for smaller venues which require superb fidelity, coverage consistency and control from an ultra-compact line array. With a peak SPL of 130dB peak, it is also very powerful — a 12-box array will throw beyond 35 metres (115ft) and produce live music at high levels in up to 3000-seat venues. It embodies the very latest acoustic technology in an ultra-compact enclosure and is the ideal system for small-to-medium scale theatres and live music venues, AV events and installations in concert halls, ballrooms and HoW.

    A passive 2-way system with an impedance of 16 ohms, it can be driven in blocks of 1, 2, 3 or 4 resolution configuration. With a complement of 2 x 6.5” (165mm) LF drivers and a vertical column of 3 x 1.4” (35mm) aluminium dome HF drivers, the acoustic design of WPM is uniquely innovative. The LF drivers are located in the side walls of the HF horn — an arrangement which would introduce acoustic cavities which would degrade the horizontal dispersion if conventional cone drivers were used. WPM’s drivers adopt an elegant solution by having solid moulded diaphragms which match the contours of the horn walls and maintain the continuity of the horn profile. Each LF driver also features a demodulation ring in the neodymium motor system to minimize distortion and maximise mid-band output.

    In the triple-driver HF section, each individual HF wavefront is precisely coupled to the horn throat via a short waveguide for faultless 100° horizontal constant directivity coverage.
